Removable pads washing procedures
1. Soak the pads into lukewarm water (not exceeding 30°C) with an appropriate amount of gentle detergent for 3 mins
2. Gently rub the pads together to remove dirt and rinse in cool water
3. Take out the pads and press them to remove extra water
4. Reshape the pads with your hands and hang dry

Sports bra washing instructions
• Remove pads and hand wash the pads separately
• Use a laundry bag and reserve enough space
• Use a very mild washing process at maximum temperature 30°C
• Do not use bleach or fabric softener
• Do not dry clean
• Always hang dry. Do not tumble dry
• Iron at low temperature
