Return and Exchange Policy
- Please be mindful that all items are non-refundable.
- All items are eligible for ONE TIME exchange within 7days of delivery (back and forth shipping fee will be responsible by you).
- Due to hygiene standards/requirements, exchange DOES NOT apply on underwear and swimwear (top & bottom) unless deemed faulty.
- If your purchased items are out of stock, you may exchange for other items within the purchasing amount; we will refund if the items are sold out, but please kindly send back the items first.
- Refund will be processed within 14 days if necessary (please be aware of any currency exchange and bank charges).
- You are responsible for any return shipping charges.
- Exchange does not apply on damaged and discounted items.
- Sale items cannot be exchanged.
- Please carefully compare the size on our site and your usual worn size.
- We shall deal with any discrepancies in the following manner, provided they are reported to us within 7 days of delivery via email cs@coffeelam.com
