We're now accepting exchange service at SOGO Kai Tak. Please ensure the items include the original packaging and tags. If there is a price difference for the exchange, please kindly transfer the amount via PayMe or FPS in advance.
Due to hygiene standards/requirements, exchange DOES NOT apply on underwear, socks and swimwear (top & bottom) unless deemed faulty.
If your purchased items are out of stock, you may exchange for other items within the purchasing amount; we will refund if the items are sold out, but please kindly send back the items first.
Refund will be processed within 14 days if necessary (please be aware of any currency exchange and bank charges).
You are responsible for any return shipping charges.
