1. For Taiwan customers, personal shipment without real-name authentication would not be accepted for import customs clearance. Please specify the following at check-out:

- Consignee’s full name in Chinese (Must match with ID card)
- Consignee’s valid Taiwan’s phone number

- Consignee's ID number

- Clean the dirt on the surface with dry tissue paper. Wipe the mat with a damp sponge or soft towel if there is stain
- If you need a deeper cleaning, dilute a small drop of detergent with plenty of water and gently wipe the mat. We recommend deep cleaning only after at least 5 times of use
- Lay flat to air dry
- Excessive cleaning and use of abrasive products may cause damage to the materials. Avoid applying disinfectant or alcohol spray on the mat
