Follow the steps below to wash your girdle correctly:
1. Fold the girdle and make sure to fasten the hook and loop.
2. Flip it over and fasten the belts on to the body of the girdle.
3. Turn the girdle inside out.
4. Hand wash recommended.
5. Lay flat to dry.

1. How do I choose the size?
After measuring your waist, please refer to the size chart on our website to choose the most suitable size.

2. How should I choose the size postpartum?
We recommend choosing one size larger than your pre-pregnancy waist size and starting gradually. If your pre-pregnancy waist was under 26–27 inches, size S should be suitable. If your pre-pregnancy waist was 28 inches or above, size M should be suitable.

3. How do I measure my waist?
Measure around the waistline at the belly button area.

4. How long can I wear it in one day?

• Daily use: We recommend wearing it for 3–4 hours a day while at rest.
• Postpartum use: We recommend wearing it for at least 7 hours a day while at rest.
  

5. Can I wear it during exercise and while sleeping?
It is absolutely not recommended to wear it during exercise. However, it can be worn while sleeping but make sure it’s not too tight as it may cause discomfort.

6. Will my waist slim down if I only use the girdle and nothing else?
Yes, it can still be effective. But combining it with exercise and a healthy diet will give the best results.
