How do I pick my size?
We have size charts for different products as well as measurement guides. Please tap on the "Size Chart" tab and check.
Still worried? All items are eligible for one time size exchange for free within 7 days. However, you are responsible for any return shipping charges.
How can I track my parcel status?
After we ship out your parcel, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail and there would be an AWB tracking number inside. You can then track your parcel status with the tracking number.

Door to door delivery: The products will be delivered by S.F. Express to the address stated on your order information.
Self-collection: The products will be delivered by S.F. Express to your selected S.F. Express Stores for your collection.
Free shipping on orders over HKD1,000 (after discount is applied).
Expect delivery at least 3-4 business days from your order date.
International Shipping
Free shipping on orders over HKD2,000 (after discount is applied).
International orders will be delivered by DHL.
Once your order has been placed, our shipping partner DHL will contact you via SMS and/or email about the expected delivery date. If ODD (On Demand Delivery) is available in your location, this message will also contain a link to the ODD site. All you need is your tracking (shipment waybill) number.
Expect delivery at least 7-10 business days from your order date.
