Removable pads washing procedures:
1. Soak the pads into lukewarm water (not exceeding 30°C) with an appropriate amount of gentle detergent for 3 mins.
2. Gently rub the pads together to remove any dirt and rinse in cool water.
3. Take out the pads and press them gently to remove any excess water.
4. Reshape the pads with your hands and hang dry.

Sports bra washing guidelines:
• Remove pads and hand wash the pads separately
• Use a laundry bag and reserve enough space
• Use a very mild washing process at maximum temperature 30°C
• Tumble dry or hang dry
• Do not use bleach or fabric softener
• Do not dry clean
