1. Remove the pads from the sports bra.
2. Soak the sports bra and removable pads into lukewarm water (not exceeding 30°C) with an appropriate amount of gentle detergent for 5 mins.
3. Gently rub the fabric together to remove any dirt and rinse in cool water.
4. Take out the sports bra and pads. Press them gently to remove any excess water.
5. Reshape the pads with your hands and hang dry.

**Do not dry clean, use bleach or fabric softener, tumble dry or iron**
