**For durable result, please do not wring and HAND WASH is highly recommended as washing machine may reduce the quality and adhesive of the girdle**
Follow the steps below to wash your girdle correctly:
1. Fold the girdle and make sure to fasten the hook and loop.
2. Flip it over and fasten the belts on to the body of the girdle.
3. Turn the girdle inside out.
4. Hand wash recommended. IF you wish to wash it in the washing machine, please make sure to use gentle/delicate cycle (30degrees or under) with no fabric softener and use a laundry bag.
5. Lay flat to dry.
